The wheel of Time creates the moments, seconds, minutes, hours, days, nights, fortnights, months, equinoxes, years, yugas, manwantaras, kalpas and so on, while the Mahakala (the eternal time), though three fragments of time rise up like waves of sea on his body, remains placid and devoid of all movements, without any beginning or end.
